Sparrow

A sparrow, another important citizen of Mumbai, rests awhile from its nest building activity. I dedicate this picture for http://www.blogger.com/profile/18175992199727107267 who has not seen one in Chennai for a long long time!

  4. Great close-up of the sparrow.
Sparrows are a common sight here. You'll see them outside your window, if you put out some food grains and water for birds.
I'm having a tough time with pigeons(4 generations or more by now) simply refusing to leave our bedroom balcony. They keeep coming back and the place becomes messy.
